Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-31

Red Toon Foods Inc., operating as Pinchie Dumplings (“we”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and at our events, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send a quote request or join our waitlist, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email, phone number, event details, and any notes about allergies or dietary needs.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request and prepare a quote
  • To plan and deliver your event, including allergy and dietary needs
  • To send you updates you’ve signed up for, such as our shop launch. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.

We don’t sell your information.

Photos at events

We sometimes take photos at events. We only share photos of you or your guests, including on our Instagram, with your permission. Tell us anytime if you’d like a photo removed.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: our website host and form provider (Netlify), our email provider (Google Workspace) and, when you pay us, our payment provider. Some of these services may store data outside Canada.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies, and our fonts are served from our own site.

How long we keep it

We keep event records for as long as we need them for bookings, accounting and legal requirements, then delete them. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email us at hello@pinchiedumplings.com.
